Halloween Tours
Scare yourself silly this Halloween at Dumfries House!
Come along on a terrifying “Spook Tour” of Dumfries House on Saturday 29th October. For one night only Dumfries House will be transformed into a haunted house! Let your ghoulish guides lead you from room to room, where you will encounter ghastly characters and hear their blood-curdling tales ... if you dare! After your tour enjoy a Ghoulish Supper in the Rothesay Room.
Tours begin at the Stables from 5pm and will run every half hour, the last tour leaving at 7pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour. Entrance to Dumfries House estate is from the A70 Cumnock-Ayr road and parking is available at the stables. Fancy dress is optional but you are advised to wear weather-proof jackets and sensible footwear for the walk up to the House from the Stables.
Tickets: £7.00 Adults; £5.00 Children (6-16 years; children must be accompanied by an adult; not suitable for children under 6 years); £20 Family Ticket (2 Adults & 2 Children). Tickets include Scary Tour of Dumfries House (approx 30 minutes) and a Ghoulish Supper . Payment to be made at time of booking.
