Take time to slow down, reconnect, and nurture your wellbeing in the serene surroundings of Dumfries House. Our weekly wellbeing sessions are held in the bespoke Health and Wellbeing Centre — a peaceful sanctuary designed to help you unwind, rebalance, and restore both body and mind. Whether you’re looking to start the week with calm focus at our Mindfulness sessions, relax into the soothing tones of a Sound Bath, or gently energise your body through Qi Gong and Guided Meditation, there’s something for everyone. Each session is led by our experienced Health and Wellbeing Coordinators, who will guide you through practices proven to support better mood, reduced stress, and a greater sense of inner peace. Monday: Mindfulness 10.30–11.30 | Sound Bath 11.30–12.30
Tuesday: Sound Bath 11.00–12.00
Thursday: Qi Gong 10.00–11.00 | Meditation 11.30–12.30
Cost:
£5 per person per session. 18+ only please.
